Speech Language Pathologist - Rehab

Health Advocates Network is currently seeking a **Speech Language Pathologist** to work at a facility in **Dix Hills, NY.** These are _registry_ positions with our company.

**Shift details:**

+ Sunday-Saturday
+ 20hrs/week

**Job Duties:**

+ Evaluate patients with speech, language, and swallowing disorders
+ Develop individualized treatment plans
+ Provide speech and language therapy sessions
+ Help improve communication, pronunciation, and comprehension
+ Treat swallowing and feeding difficulties
+ Teach alternative communication methods (e.g., devices, gestures)
+ Educate patients and families
+ Document patient progress and update records
+ Collaborate with healthcare or school teams
+ Adjust therapy plans based on patient needs
