Eagle Ridge Post Acute is seeking a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist to provide care in a collaborative environment. As an integral part of the inter-disciplinary team, your impact will be visible in the lives of our residents. Candidates should have a Colorado Speech Therapist License and experience in post-acute care, although it's preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide speech therapy services to residents
• Collaborate with the inter-disciplinary team
• Maintain accurate documentation in Casamba and Point Click Care
• Help develop personalized care plans
• Support residents in achieving communication goals
Requirements:
• Accredited Speech Program graduate by ASHA
• Active Colorado Speech Therapist License
• Post-acute care experience preferred
