Job Description
Position Summary We are seeking a qualified Speech Therapist/Speech-Language Pathologist to assess and support children with speech, language, communication, and feeding difficulties through individualized therapy plans.
Key Responsibilities ·
Conduct parent consultations and gather detailed case histories.
·
Assess speech, language, communication, oral-motor, and feeding skills.
·
Develop individualized short-term and long-term therapy goals.
·
Conduct speech and language therapy sessions tailored to each child's needs.
·
Guide parents on communication strategies and home activities.
·
Conduct monthly Parent-Therapist Meetings (PTMs) to discuss progress and future therapy planning.
·
Maintain therapy log sheets and session documentation.
·
Track progress through regular assessments and progress notes.
·
Prepare discharge summaries and recommendations when required.
·
