**SUMMARY OF POSITION:**

Responsible for evaluating assigned patients, developing and implementing appropriate treatment plans. Therapists at this level will provide clinical supervision and mentoring to entry-level therapists and will provide leadership in discipline and departmental initiatives by chairing and leading committees.

**MINIMUM QUALIFICATION(S):**

+ Master's degree in Speech Language Pathology from a CAA accredited program plus 3-5 years clinical patient care experience including 1 year at HMC.
+ Must hold a Pennsylvania license in Speech Therapy and a Certificate of Clinical Competency.
