For over 40 years, Logan Health’s Brendan House has provided compassionate, high-quality care in the Flathead Valley. Since opening in April 1985, it has grown into a 110-bed facility offering skilled nursing, rehabilitation, and long-term care services—all with a focus on dignity, respect, and resident-centered care. Our close knit therapy team offers a supportive environment where there is time for patient's to progress from start to finish!
