Job Description
**BAYADA Home Health Care** is looking for **Speech Language Pathologists (SLP)** to join our teams, providing home health visits throughout New Hampshire. You’ll be working with adult and geriatric clients in the place they feel most comfortable—their homes.
**Up to $15,000.00 Bonus available for Full time 4 or 5 days!**
You don’t need prior home health experience to apply—if you’re passionate about patient care, we’ll support you every step of the way.
In this role, you’ll be part of a collaborative care team, helping clients improve their communication, swallowing, and overall quality of life while allowing them to remain safely at home.
**What you’ll do:**
+ Visit clients in their homes across your assigned area
+ Evaluate and treat speech, language, communication, and swallowing challenges
+ Create personalized care plans and adjust them as your clients progress
+ Partner with other clinicians to deliver well-rounded care
