SPECIFICATION WRITER (FMFS)

Summary You will serve as a Facility Support Contract (FSC) Management & Facility Services (FMFS) Specification Writer in the Public Works Department of NAVAL FACILITIES ENG COMMAND HAWAII. Responsibilities You will gather program information from a variety of sources to resolve issues surrounding work operations and contract support. You will retrieve data from electronic information sources to develop reports. You will identify and recommend corrective action to maintain program milestones within specified cost and schedule. You will prepare required acquisition documents, analysis, formulation, presentation, and execution of contracts.
