Job Description
You will drive technical advocacy and consultative selling to secure early specification, grow premium adoption, and build trusted relationships across construction projects.
What You'll Need to Do
1. Lead proactive technical specification and consultative selling efforts, targeting identified construction projects.
2. Develop and nurture early engagement with project stakeholders from design to construction phases.
3. Deliver technical presentations, seminars, and workshops to architects, consultants, engineers (AEC professionals), quantity surveyors (QS), and building owners.
4. Build strategic relationships with architects, specifiers, contractors, developers, and project owners to influence specifications.
5. Gather and communicate market intelligence, project trends, and customer insights.
