Specification Manager – North

Job Description :

Report to North Regional Sales Manager Key Interfaces: • Sales: closely work Project Sales to hand over and secure spec and volume • Marketing: work with Product Managers to ensure new and innovative products/system to be used and specified, work with Technical Manager to ensure right docs and right technical advice to be provided Key Responsibilities:  • Engage and consult Full System/solution Proposals for Developers, Specifiers (Architects, Consultants, QS, etc) to apply to their projects that are under Designing Stage. • Convince Specifiers, General Constructors to use products/solutions in the Tender Document (under Construction Stage for Design and Build). • Follow up and work with Project Sales to hand over the specified projects at Main Cons, Sub Cons stage to deliver and secure spec and volume • Train Specifiers to understand about drywall systems in order to divert traditional brick wall to innovation drywall. • Upda...
