The Specification Advisor will work with the sales team, Peterbilt, and the end customer to spec and order new customer trucks.
Major Duties and Responsibilities
Assist the Sales Team selling medium and heavy-duty trucks. Meet or exceed objectives for new truck deliveries established by the dealership. Study truck and equipment specifications to improve knowledge of product performance and application continually. Understand and comply with federal, state, and local regulations that affect the sale of new medium and heavy-duty trucks. Track changing vehicle market conditions and incentives. Utilize the Company CRM (Arcadium) system to enter prospects, opportunities, and customer contact (visits) information, etc. Stay informed of current vehicle inventory and location.
