We are seeking a motivated Inside Sales Representative with at least 2 years of sales experience. The ideal candidate is proactive, customer-focused, and eager to contribute to the growth of our banking client’s business. You will engage existing customers, identify sales opportunities, and provide outstanding service in a hybrid work arrangement.
Key Responsibilities:

+ Reach out to potential and existing banking customers via inbound and outbound channels.

+ Identify customer needs, recommend appropriate banking products/services, and close sales.

+ Meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics.

+ Maintain accurate records of interactions and sales in CRM systems.

+ Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding and customer satisfaction.

+ Provide excellent post-sale support to ensure long-term client relationships.
