Role: Specialist Support Worker

Hours: Zero-Hour / Relief Contract (to cover holidays & absence)

Locations: South East Wales and South West Wales

What we are looking for:

• Experience in social care or a related field.
• A strong understanding of the needs of Deaf individuals.
• Excellent communication skills; proficiency in British Sign Language (BSL) desirable.
• A compassionate and patient approach to supporting our valued Community.
