Position Overview

Reporting operationally to the FIFA Stadium Safety & Security Senior Manager, the Stadium Security Crowd Management Specialist is responsible for overseeing the Private Security resources deployed across public spectator areas during Match Day stadium operations.

The role ensures that Private Security personnel assigned to concourses, vomitories, seating bowl access points such as Turnstiles and Pedestrian Screening Areas, circulation routes, and spectator-controlled zones operate in accordance with approved FIFA policies and procedures, the Venue Safety & Security Plan (VSSP), Dot Maps, and Match Day directives.
