The Specialist, Digital Channels, plays a critical role in supporting the publishing, delivery and optimization of multi‑channel digital communications across internal and external platforms, including but not limited to our enterprise portal (Sync), internal SharePoint sites, email (Outlook/Poppulo), internal social channels (Viva Engage) and external websites. This candidate ensures seamless technical execution of content, partners cross‑functionally to maintain channel integrity, and supports digital production workflows that bring our company’s story and business priorities to life.
