Key Responsibilities

• Deliver individualised support to children with complex needs.
• Apply recovery and restorative practices to address challenging behaviours.
• Work collaboratively within the school team to develop and implement behaviour plans.
• Maintain accurate records of support sessions and progress.
• Participate in ongoing professional development and training.

Qualifications & Experience

• Graduate with a Level 3 qualification or higher in Psychology, Criminology or a related discipline.
• Experience (or interest) in working with SEN/complex needs is desirable.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
