Specialist, Production Planning

**What you will do -**

The Production Planning Specialist is responsible for supporting production planning activities that enable efficient manufacturing operations while meeting customer demand, inventory targets, and service level expectations. This role partners with Operations, Supply Chain, Purchasing, Commercial, and Quality teams to develop and execute production schedules, monitor planning performance, and resolve day-to-day supply challenges.

+ Develop and maintain weekly production schedules and short- to mid-range production plans to support customer demand and operational requirements.
+ Monitor production capacity and partner with Operations to identify scheduling constraints and recommend production plan adjustments.
+ Support daily execution of supply plans by tracking schedule adherence and coordinating changes with Production teams.
