**Key Responsibilities**
**1. Production Planning & Execution**
Execute production plans for both **series production and new product launches** in coordination with the Advanced SCM team.
Manage **weekly PSS part planning** , incorporating dynamic demand changes and inventory availability.
Ensure achievement of **supply chain targets** with **zero customer line stoppage** .
**2. Monitoring & Reporting**
Prepare and present **weekly MIS reports** to track progress and target achievement.
Monitor **inventory turn rates** by aligning SAP volumes with minimum FG stock levels.
**3. Continuous Improvement**
Drive operational improvements through:
Reduction in **changeovers**
Enhancement of **productivity**
Ensuring **timely material availability** for dispatch
