Job Description

RESPONSIBILITIES  
Be a member of the planning team responsible for assembly operations in K Winch, always ensuring alignment with customer demand, resource availability, and production capacity. 
Work closely alongside the planning team to assess current standard costs that are out of variance tolerance, take the necessary steps to correct routing and work definitions, and follow up with finance to publish new lower cost results across all levels of the BOM. Collaborate with team members to identify assembly components that are driving high costs to identify cost saving opportunities.  
Be responsible for monitoring variance trends across project builds, making appropriate changes to work definitions, and reporting to management on changes made at project reviews.  
Analyze BOMs across different products to standardize routings to streamline execution on the shop floor.
