Specialist - Operations Storage Management (Xico)

We are seeking a Specialist – Operations Storage Management to join our team at Marsh. This role will be based in Mexico City.

This is a hybrid role that requires working at least three days a week in the office.

Responsibilities

• Support critical storage technologies and associated applications across multiple vendors including Dell EMC, NetApp, INFINIDAT and Cisco storage environments.
• Work to ITIL best practices in regards to incident management, change management, configuration and problem management.
• Attend relevant service review meetings as required to represent the storage team.
• Manage services to SLA.
• Ensure all severity 1 issues are acted on to SLA.
• Work with major incident managers and peers from other groups to resolve major incidents to resolution.
• Prepare root cause analysis as required and present as appropriate.
