As part of a close MDT, you will work together with your patients to identify meaningful goals, provide assessments, identify appropriate interventions and support their independence and discharge from hospital.

The post holder will carry an independent caseload of patients and deliver occupational therapy intervention to a high standard with the ethos of providing evidence‑based, high quality interventions.
