Salary: 34,821.1 per annum

Base: Cygnet Raglan House, 66-68 Raglan Road, Birmingham, B66 3ND

Responsible to: Head Occupational Therapist (Line manager)

Hours: Part Time, 34 Hours

Contract duration: Fixed term 18 months
