Specialist Nurse

This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate and patient focused Nurse to play a key role in delivering high quality care beyond the traditional hospital setting.
As a Specialist Nurse, you’ll support patients in their own homes, helping to facilitate early discharge from hospital and prevent unnecessary admissions, while delivering safe, effective, and compassionate care.
You’ll work as part of a supportive multi disciplinary team, making a real difference to patient outcomes and experiences every day.
This role will see you working 37.5 hours per week over 5 days (including occasional weekends) and will cover the South West London and surrounding area so being confident on the road is a must.
