KBR is expanding its Project Management Consultancy (PMC) team for an offshore development in Abu Dhabi, focusing on ADNOC projects. The role is based initially in a Client or Contractor's office in Abu Dhabi.

Lead and manage end-to-end execution of offshore oil & gas projects for ADNOC, ensuring delivery within scope, schedule, budget, and HSE requirements. The role requires strong coordination with internal teams, EPC contractors, and ADNOC stakeholders.

• Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and resource strategies.
• Manage all phases of offshore projects (FEED, EPC, commissioning, handover).
• Ensure adherence to ADNOC project management frameworks and standards.
