Enhance the training delivery effectiveness to ensure the riders are up to the level to support deals with our customers and vendors.
 Supervise the training teamwork from A to Z to ensure smoothness in the training delivery.
Track the newbie's accounts activation process, starting from the application submission on Arara until the accounts are activated in compliance with the pre-agreed process.
Develop the trainers’ profile through close observation of their common and individual opportunities and setting plans for improvement.
Enhance the training materials to match our continuously raised standards from a time to deliver the best customer experience
Collaboratively work with the Logistics quality team to conduct refreshment training for our riders who are not meeting the customers’ expectations.
