What is Specialist Legal Support?

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Specialist - Legal Support to join Legal Department under Service Operations.

This role is responsible for the independent execution of Purchase Requisitions (PR), receipting, invoice processing, and related reporting activities in line with company policies and service level agreements. The incumbent will collaborate closely with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure seamless service delivery, resolve operational bottlenecks, and contribute to process excellence initiatives.

The position reports directly to the Manager Legal Operations. The Legal Support function will comprise of a team of two.
