Specialist Industrial Cleaner Supervisor

Pinnacle Group is recruiting an experienced Specialist Industrial Cleaner Supervisor for the Workplace cleaning team at one of the largest aerospace companies in Broughton, Chester, CH4. The role is full‑time, 40 hours per week, working Saturday & Sunday plus three other days 7am to 4pm, starting on 1st July 2026.

Key Responsibilities

• Carry out industrial and specialist cleaning tasks in line with RAMS, Client Site Rules and own training safely and efficiently.
• Work as part of the team to achieve exceptional outcomes.
• Keep equipment and company resources clean, safe and tidy.
• Undergo extensive training in line with the company training matrix and continuously improve knowledge and understanding.
• Maintain strong relationships and manage multiple client relationships.
• Ensure appropriate PPE/Uniforms are used during working hours.
• Follow Health and Safety procedures at all times.
