We are seeking to appoint a substantive Specialist in the Community, Frailty & Therapy Care Group to join a team of Consultants and specialists on the south bank. Consultants & Specialists already in place manage care on the acute hospital sites; however, this is a newly formed role to manage frailty within urgent & emergency care across our UEC footprint on the Grimsby Hospital site with potential cross‑site working.

The successful applicant will have the opportunity to be appointed as Honorary Senior Lecturer at Hull York Medical School (HYMS). This honorary appointment is in recognition of contribution to teaching and research and holders of honorary titles may request access to HYMS and University premises and facilities, systems and library services.
