About the Position

We are excited to welcome a part-time or full-time [0.5 FTE – 1.0 FTE] Specialist Cultural Practitioner (Identified) to our Rockhampton Intensive Family Support Team! Build strong partnerships with First Nations communities in Rockhampton, championing culturally safe family support and promoting reflective, inclusive practice within the team. This role offers a powerful opportunity to support Act for Kids’ dedication to culturally safe practice, helping ensure every child has an equal chance to heal from trauma and live a happy life.

• Level 5 SCHCADS Award.
• Salary range: $100,784 - $105,350 + Superannuation.
• Part-time/Full-time, Government funded opportunity until 30 June 2030 with possible extension.
