Specialist - Business Controller

Supervisor, Business ControllerKey accountabilities:
- End and analyses production orders, also conduct detailed analysis with key stakeholders.
- Analysis of operational data to ensure data validation and support process optimization.
- Prepare data insight and analyze plant performance.
- Prepare and analyze plant performance.
- Support on month end process as needed.
- Support on plant controlling projects.
Interact and provide advice to support continuous improvements.Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance or related field
- At least 3 years of experience in cost accounting in manufacturing business, especially the semi-auto process or Jewelry business
- Data science base and/or data inspiration experience is preferable
- ERP costing experience is advantage
- Audit background, having a qualified CPA is advantage
- Good written and verbal communication skills in English
