The role involves supporting the end-to-end delivery to clients in the Asset Allocator Operations team. The individual will be required to assist the team with daily deliverables as well as any ad-hoc queries and projects, mainly focused on Asset Allocator (Replication) Fund administration and Accounting.

Job specification

• Monitoring and assisting with service delivery by the team in terms of SLA and managing clients’ expectations
• Owning and running queries and ad-hoc deliverables issues arising from operations
• Full daily support for the team and the Manager
• Coordination of team deliverables relating to projects and new client take-on
• Providing mentorship and motivation to staff and ensuring that appropriate knowledge sharing and skills training are given
• Responsibility for resolving issues that have been escalated by the team or clients ...
