Specialised Machine Operator

The Role:

Reporting into the Supervisor you will be required to operate an Elevated Work Platform (EWP), a Jarraff, Tractors and Hedgers to cut, trim and remove trees around powerlines. Working across, but not limited to Portland, Hamilton, and Warrnambool. Typically, you will need to travel up to an hour to reach work sites with opportunities to live away from home.

These roles have job security and give an opportunity to work outdoors in a small team with good work ethic, using well-maintained equipment and state of the art technology. 

What is the role?

The key responsibility of this role is to operate Jarraff safely and effectively, as well as ensuring the safe trimming, dismantling and removal of trees. You will rotate throughout the day between duties such as:
