Heeft MBO 3 niveau werk- en denkniveau
Heeft aantoonbare kennis van zijn of haar specialisatie
Heeft kennis van producten/ingrediënten en/of apparatuur en computersystemen
Werkt onder leiding van Chef-kok en/of Sous-chef, afhankelijk van functie
Is in staat om zelfstandig de werkzaamheden behorende bij de specialisatie uit te voeren
Is in staat om het werk voor te bereiden
Is flexibel inzetbaar
Heeft een service gerichte blik en een collegiale houding
Heeft het in zich om rustig te blijven onder moeilijke omstandigheden of hoge werkdruk
