My client is looking for a highly organised, solutions-driven Special Projects Consultant to support the planning, costing and execution of special projects, events and travel programmes. This role requires someone who can prepare detailed itineraries, operational documents and provide on-site assistance when required, while remaining flexible to evolving business needs.

Key Responsibilities

Special Projects & Event Management

Execute a variety of special projects, including events and incentive-related initiatives, ensuring seamless coordination and delivery

Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high standards of quality, organisation and follow-through

Prepare detailed itineraries and operational documentation for projects and travel programmes
