Special Projects Producer

WDAF-TV F OX 4 in Kansas City is seeking a Special Projects Producer to produce and coordinate enterprise content, including streaming programming on WDAF+, broadcast specials and live events. The Special Projects Producer is a key collaborator across the newsroom, coordinating projects across news, streaming, digital, and production teams. This position balances daily oversight of streaming content with coordination of larger broadcast specials and station initiatives, while also serving the primary producer on select initiatives.


Responsibilities:
+ Supervise content planning and execution for WDAF+, including original programming and streaming initiatives.
+ Coordinate broadcast specials and station initiatives, including franchise and community-focused programming (Heritage Month specials, franchise initiatives, and live events.)
