It involves working closely with learners across diverse developmental, emotional, sensory, and learning profiles, while helping shape environments where dignity, belonging, and authentic participation remain central.

The work calls for attentiveness rather than standardisation. Educators are expected to observe deeply, respond thoughtfully, and design learning experiences that recognise the uniqueness of each learner. The role involves supporting learners within classroom environments, collaborating with educators across programmes, and contributing towards a culture of inclusion that is both reflective and humane in its practice.
