About the Role

We are currently recruiting for a SEND Teaching Assistant to join a supportive and well‑resourced special school in Loughton, Essex. This is a rewarding opportunity to support children and young people aged 3–19 with severe and profound learning difficulties and complex needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Support students with ASD, PMLD, SLD, and ADHD
• Assist with personal care, including hoisting and mobility support
• Manage and support challenging behaviour in a calm and patient manner
• Work closely with teachers, therapists, and support staff
