Special Needs Teaching Assistant

Zen Educate is seeking a dedicated and compassionate ALN-school Teaching Assistant to join our vibrant team. This full-time role is integral to supporting our school's mission to provide an inclusive, nurturing environment where every learner is valued and empowered.

Working closely with the classroom team and specialists, you will help students with Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs, Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), and behavioural challenges access the curriculum and develop essential life skills. The position is suitable for individuals committed to making a positive impact in the lives of young people.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide one-to-one and small group support to pupils with SEMH and ASD, ensuring their individual needs are met in line with personalised learning plans.
• Assist in implementing behaviour support strategies and personalised intervention plans to promote positive behaviour and emotional regulation.
