**SEN Teaching Assistant - Kidderminster (Full-Time)**

We are seeking a dedicated and resilient **SEN Teaching Assistant** to join our team in **Kidderminster** on a full-time basis.

This rewarding role involves supporting children with a range of additional needs, including:

* Profound and Multiple Learning Disabilities (PMLD)
* Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs
* Autism Spectrum Condition (ASC)
* Trauma-related needs

**Essential Requirements:**

* Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle (essential).
* Available to work **5 days per week**.
* Physically and emotionally resilient, with the ability to support children who may display challenging behaviours.
* Patient, compassionate, and committed to helping children reach their full potential.
* Previous experience working with children or young people with SEN is desirable but not essential for candidates with the right attitude and willingness to learn.
