- Have experience of working with children in an educational setting.
- Have completed or be willing to complete NVQ level 2 in childcare learning and education or equivalent qualification.
- Be enthusiastic, imaginative and reflective.
- Be skilled at building excellent relationships with children, parents and staff.
- Be an excellent communicator.
