A specialist education provider supporting children and young people with SEND is seeking an experienced and passionate SENCO to join their growing team.
This is an excellent opportunity for a qualified teacher with strong SEND knowledge to play a key role in shaping and overseeing SEN provision across a specialist education service and alternative provision settings.
The Role
You’ll be responsible for:
- Leading and developing SEN provision across the service
- Managing and maintaining SEND processes and provision mapping
- Supporting tutors and staff with effective SEN strategies and interventions
- Working closely with families, local authorities, and external professionals
