Overview
SEMH Teaching Roles – South East London across specialist SEMH schools seeking qualified teachers with QTS or Level 5 equivalent for long-term and permanent posts. Schools support pupils with social, emotional and mental health (SEMH) needs and require trauma-informed, relational approaches and creative, engaging lessons in a calm and supportive environment.
Responsibilities
- Deliver consistent routines and strong behaviour management.
- Apply trauma-informed and relational approaches to teaching and pupil engagement.
- Create and deliver creative, engaging lessons that build confidence and resilience.
- Maintain a calm and supportive classroom environment.
