**Position Overview:**
We are seeking a dedicated Special Education Teacher for a school-based assignment in the St. Louis area. This role focuses on supporting students with diverse learning and behavioral needs through individualized instruction and compliance-driven documentation.

**Key Responsibilities:**

+ Develop, write, and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
+ Monitor and document student progress toward IEP goals
+ Provide individualized and small group instruction
+ Address and manage behavioral needs within the classroom setting
+ Collaborate with general education teachers, support staff, and families
+ Ensure compliance with state and federal special education regulations
