About the Role

We are a child‑centred company committed to reimagining support for vulnerable young people, supporting pupils and students from KS1 to KS5 who are referred by local authorities and schools. Our mission is to raise the standard of education for young people with SEND, SEMH, MLD, SLD, and PMLD through flexible, trauma‑informed tutoring and mentoring.

Responsibilities

• Provide CPD and employee mentoring using the TES CPD suite and professional mentor access.
• Support the SEND Support Team to help keep a team around you and the child.
• Participate in community and company events to share knowledge and resources.
• Join the Referral Programme and receive rewards for successful tutor referrals.
• Plan, deliver, and report on lessons; give regular feedback on student progress.
• Deliver trauma‑informed tutoring and mentoring to pupils and students ranging from KS1 to KS5.
