Special Education LPN - School-Based Pediatric, Dalton GA

Position Overview

CLF Consultants LLC seeks a Georgia-licensed Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) with pediatric experience to deliver IEP-driven nursing services to students with special healthcare needs ages 3 through 21 across Whitfield County School System sites in Dalton, Georgia. Beyond the daily clinical work, this role is a frontline advocate for student health, continuity of care across the school day, and family communication on the student's wellbeing.

The LPN supports students under the supervision of the Special Education RN with medication administration, daily care for chronic conditions, monitoring of acute health events, and assistance with prescribed treatments identified in 504 plans, Individualized Healthcare Plans (IHP), and Individualized Education Programs (IEP).
