Spare Parts Supervisor

Chery Indonesia is the local subsidiary of Chery Automobile Co., Ltd., a leading Chinese automotive company specializing in the manufacturing and distribution of passenger vehicles.

Responsibilities

1. Oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of the spare parts, ensuring effective coordination with internal and external stakeholders.
2. Conduct daily analysis of spare parts demand and inventory requirements to maintain optimal stock levels and support operational efficiency.
3. Ensure the accuracy and integrity of inventory records by utilizing SAP and the Dealer Management System (DMS).
4. Control and monitor spare parts logistics costs to optimize cost effectiveness.
5. Prepare spare parts procurement forecasts, inventory analysis reports, including classifications of fast-moving, slow-moving, and dead stock.
