Spares Coordinator – Newark, Full Time, Permanent – £Attractive Salary
Role
- Act as the primary point of contact for customers requiring spare parts and handle incoming spare requests promptly, friendly and professionally.
- Coordinate orders from receipt through completion, liaising with internal departments and customers.
- Maintain accurate records by updating logs and spreadsheets.
- Prepare accurate quotations for spares and issue them to customers in line with internal processes.
- Resolve any queries or complaints and invoice‑related queries in a timely manner.
- Administer the system and spare project files to keep them up to date.
- Assist the Service Manager with various tasks.
- Attend training courses as required.

- Previous experience in a similar technical service role.
