Handles scheduling of guest reservations with accuracy

Ensures guests' spa and fitness journey is smooth from check in to check out

Conducts daily opening and closing procedures 

General Requirements:
Related experience in luxury hotels or spa front of house or reception

Knowledge in spa computerised booking systems is an advantage
