Roles & Responsibilities

• To deliver a variety of spa services (body and foot treatments / massages) in a professional and safe manner.
• To uphold and maintain the highest customer service standards of the Spa.
• In the delivery of the Spa's treatments, to ensure conformance to the highest health and safety regulations, and to the additional hygiene standards set by the Spa.
• To be knowledgeable of the services provided, and to effectively respond to customer queries, needs, and expectations.

Requirements

• Preferably holds ITEC / WSQ certification or other recognized massage certification. Successful candidates without will be required to obtain the appropriate certification within 6 months of employment.
• Able and flexible to work on weekends / public holidays / after office hours.
