# Spa Therapist This role forms part of the Mint Wellness team at Pezula Nature Retreat in Knysna, within the Village n Life hospitality group.**The Role**As a Spa Therapist you’ll deliver professional treatments to Mint Wellness standards while creating a calm and welcoming atmosphere for guests. You’ll maintain hygiene protocols, build client relationships and contribute to treatment and retail sales.**Key Responsibilities**– Provide treatments in line with Mint Wellness protocols – Maintain client records and ensure confidentiality – Upsell spa services and retail products – Assist with front desk duties when required – Participate in training sessions for skills and career development – Ensure treatment rooms are hygienic and well stocked – Stay informed on trends and cross-promote spa services with other departments**What We’re Looking For**– Grade 12 and a 3-year beauty therapy diploma (CIDESCO, SAAHSP or ITEC) – Minimum 3 years’ experience in the spa or beauty industry – Skilled...
