About the Role

We are seeking an organised, commercially aware and service-driven Spa Retail Supervisor to support the smooth day-to-day running of our beautiful Bamford Spa at Brompton Cross. This serene space brings together a considered retail environment offering apparel, skincare, with two tranquil treatment rooms delivering holistic facials, massages and signature Bamford rituals.

As Spa Retail Supervisor , you will play a key role in ensuring the seamless operation of both the retail and spa areas. Working closely with the Spa Retail Manager, you will help drive retail performance, deliver exceptional and personalised guest experiences, support treatment room operations, and guide a small, passionate team.

SALARY: £33,825.00 per annum, plus commission
